The journey home seems fine at first, but then I come across this: a book in a filthy, polluted river. When will they finally take action to clean this mess up?

Meeting with my head of year
Meeting with My Head of Year Today at school, I had a meeting with my head of year after the parents’ evening. He outlined some goals for me to achieve before the Easter break. I really appreciate his support, and I feel like we have a great rapport.
It’s really disheartening to see such pollution in our environment. Cleaning up our rivers and making our neighborhoods safe and beautiful is essential for the community and wildlife. It would be great if local authorities or organizations could step up efforts to address this issue. Maybe we could even organize a community cleanup event to get involved? Every little bit helps!
