I think both uniforms and smart dress codes have their benefits! Uniforms create a sense of equality and community among students, which can help reduce peer pressure related to clothing choices. On the other hand, a smart dress code allows for individual expression while still maintaining a level of professionalism. Personally, I appreciate the balance of comfort and style that comes with a smart dress code, but I can see why many enjoy the simplicity of a uniform.
