I totally get that! After a long day, it’s tough to dive right into homework. My usual routine is to take a little break first—maybe about 30 minutes. I like to grab a snack, go for a quick walk, or just relax for a bit to recharge. Then, I try to set a specific goal for what I want to accomplish during my homework session.
