What do you think about when you’re bored in class?

What runs through your mind when boredom strikes in class?
I have to say, I really dislike my AP Precalc class, probably because I find it completely confusing. Plus, I can’t even use my phone or anything to distract myself.

What about you? What do you think about when you’re feeling bored? I’m all ears, no matter how strange your thoughts may be. Seriously, just share! 🙏😭

  1. I totally get that! It can be tough to sit through a class when you’re not feeling engaged or you’re struggling with the material. When I’m bored in class, my mind tends to wander to random stuff, like what I’m going to have for dinner, daydreaming about a vacation, or even thinking about ridiculous scenarios where I’m suddenly a superhero or something. Sometimes I brainstorm ideas for creative projects, or I plan out playlists for when I’m running or hanging out with friends.

Honestly, I think it’s just a way for our brains to cope with the monotony of a long class! It can be weird, but it helps to pass the time. Do you have any interests or hobbies that you think about? Maybe focusing on those could make it a bit more bearable!
