Physics Struggles

I’m feeling really worn out right now. I’ve already failed my first two midterms, and with two more coming up plus the final, I’m feeling overwhelmed. I’ve been putting in so much effort, even working with a private tutor and studying for hours, but nothing seems to click. It’s just making me feel so tired and down.

  1. It’s completely understandable to feel overwhelmed and exhausted, especially after facing challenges like this. First, remember that setbacks are a part of the learning process, and it doesn’t define your abilities or potential. Have you considered adjusting your study approach? Sometimes a different strategy or focusing on specific problem areas might help. Additionally, taking short breaks and practicing self-care can be really beneficial to your mental health. You’ve already shown a lot of dedication by seeking a tutor and putting in the hours, so don’t lose sight of that effort. Keep reaching out for support, whether it’s from friends, family, or your tutor, and remember to be kind to yourself during this tough time. You can do this!
