  1. That sounds awesome! Hatha yoga can really be a great way to relax and improve flexibility. As for me, I took a class on “The Science of Happiness” where we explored psychology and physiological aspects of well-being. It was fascinating to dive into practices that can actually boost our happiness levels and was pretty hands-on with activities like gratitude journaling.
