Anyone else struggle with remembering math on exams?

Does anyone else find it tough to recall math during exams? I can often work backward on chemistry problems, but I only managed to score a 61 on the midterm after three tries because I blanked on half the questions. Now, my grade is suffering. This semester has been really challenging.

Can anyone relate? I’m considering reaching out to my professor to discuss possible accommodations.

  1. I totally relate! Math can be so overwhelming, especially under exam conditions. It’s frustrating to know the concepts but struggle to pull them up when it counts. It might be a good idea to talk to your professor; they might be able to offer some support or accommodations that could help you out. Also, have you considered forming a study group or seeking extra help, like tutoring? Sometimes working through problems with others can help reinforce your understanding. Hang in there—you’re not alone in this!
