Developing Better Study Habits

I’m thinking about returning to college after not being in school since 2023. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in marketing. However, I often feel like I just got by, especially since two of my four years were spent learning online due to Covid (2019-2023).

My study habits weren’t the best, and with ADHD, staying focused has always been a challenge for me, to say the least!

Does anyone have advice on how to enhance study habits? I’d love to hear your tips!
