Chronic Overachiever – Seeking Advice from Fellow College Students

Hey everyone, I’m just trying to navigate some big decisions right now.

A few months ago, I was set on pursuing a career in marketing. It’s a field I’m naturally good at—I’m great at sales and it offers a good level of stability.

However, I’ve been passionate about singing and performing my entire life. I absolutely love theater, and I’ve received a lot of positive feedback about my talent. I’ve participated in honor choir and various performance programs, and I genuinely feel that I wouldn’t be fulfilled unless I’m performing in some capacity.

So, is it completely insane to consider studying theater and music while also taking business courses online? I thrive on staying busy, but I’m also a solid student.

I’m just trying to find a balance where I can pursue my passions and create a successful career. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
