does anyone else have to burp after sleeping with their head on their desk

Is it just me, or does anyone else find themselves needing to burp after sleeping with their head on their desk? This happens to me all the time. Please tell me this is normal!

  1. It sounds like you’re experiencing some discomfort! It’s not uncommon for people to feel the need to burp after leaning over or resting their head in a position that compresses the stomach. When you sleep or rest in that position, it can lead to a buildup of gas or pressure. While it might not be a “normal” experience for everyone, it’s certainly something that others may relate to. If it’s bothering you or causing discomfort, you might want to try adjusting your position or taking breaks to stretch and relieve any pressure. You’re definitely not alone in this!
