Struggling in Class

I’m finding it difficult to focus during lectures and absorb the material. Even when I make an effort to pay attention, I often can’t recall what was discussed. Additionally, I tend to procrastinate when it comes to studying and completing homework assignments. What can I do to improve this situation?
