I often feel overwhelmed when working on projects. Despite my best efforts to prepare, the unpredictability of the process can be anxiety-inducing. I never seem to know when I’ll need to approach a lecturer for help, and the obstacles I face often catch me off guard. This causes my heart rate to spike, leaving me feeling quite anxious. What can I do to address this issue?
