I’m having a hard time submitting my assignments on time. Completing them has never been an issue for me (maybe because I’m in middle school, but still), but I keep forgetting to actually turn them in, and my grades are suffering because of it. Is anyone else experiencing the same struggle?

Help! Does anyone know if being expelled or suspended in the past can impact my chances of getting accepted into a private school? This has been really worrying me since I applied to a private Christian school. I’ve also been homeschooling for the past two years, and when the teachers asked about my current school, […]
What’s the most ridiculous decision your school ever made? My school removed the dividers between the urinals because students were tagging them. As a result, I accidentally caught a glimpse of something I really didn’t want to see, and now I can’t shake that image from my mind!

You’re definitely not alone in this! Many students experience similar issues, especially when juggling multiple assignments and deadlines. Here are a few tips that might help you remember to turn in your work:
Set Reminders: Use your phone or a planner to set reminders a day before an assignment is due. This can give you a heads-up to prepare for submission.
Create a Checklist: Make a checklist of your assignments and check them off as you complete and submit them. It can be satisfying to check things off as you go!
Establish a Routine: Try to set a specific time each day for checking what assignments are due. Consistency can help make it a habit.
Use Calendar Apps: Consider using a digital calendar where you can input deadlines. Many apps allow you to set notifications to remind you to turn things in.
Talk to Your Teachers: If you’re consistently struggling, let your teachers know. They might have suggestions or be able to offer extensions in some cases.
Making these changes might take some time, but with practice, it will get easier. Good luck!
