I can’t go back to school

Returning to School Feels Impossible

Reading week is finished, and now I’m facing the reality that I can’t return to school. It just isn’t for me anymore. I struggle to sit in classrooms and navigate the campus. The guilt of skipping classes weighs heavily on me, as does the feeling that everyone is watching and that I don’t quite fit in.

I just can’t handle it.

  1. It sounds like you’re feeling really overwhelmed and like you’re not in the right place right now. It’s completely okay to feel that way. School can be a tough environment, and it’s important to prioritize your mental well-being. Have you thought about exploring other options, like taking a break, looking into alternative education paths, or talking to someone who can help? You’re not alone in feeling this way, and there are people and resources that can support you. Remember, it’s okay to not have everything figured out right now. Your feelings are valid.
