I’m at my breaking point. As a senior about to graduate in a few months, I’ve always maintained good grades and rarely see C’s on my report card. But lately, school has been overwhelming me. Since the start of online classes during COVID, things have gone south. A few months back, my teacher ‘accidentally’ mixed up my work, leaving me two semesters behind. I did some calculations, and I’d need to put in 8 hours of work every single day, including weekends and holidays, just to catch up in time for graduation. I’ve never felt more tempted to drop out than I do right now. 😭

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re going through this. It sounds incredibly overwhelming, especially with everything else you’ve accomplished. Remember, it’s okay to feel frustrated and stressed about this situation. Have you talked to your teachers or a school counselor about what happened? They might be able to help you find a solution or alternative options, like summer classes or even adjusting your workload. You’ve done so well academically, so don’t lose sight of that! You can get through this, even if it feels impossible right now. Just take it one day at a time, and don’t be afraid to ask for help!
