I Need Some Advice!

Hi everyone, I’m feeling really overwhelmed with a project and I hope you can help.

We’re supposed to create a large mosaic (about 4×6 feet) using tiny paper squares that are about the size of a pinkie finger. We were given about 4 weeks to complete it, with only 45 minutes each day dedicated to working on it. I’m in a group of three, but one member hasn’t contributed anything, and the other doesn’t seem to care about our project’s outcome. This project is crucial for my grade since it’s one of our final assessments, and I’m worried it will affect my overall performance.

Right now it’s Monday, and we only have 4 days left to finish. We weren’t allowed to take the project home, so I’ve been staying after school to work as much as I can, while my groupmates haven’t put in any effort. I’ve been losing sleep over this, and I can see that most other groups are either finished or very close to doing so. A friend who isn’t in my group has actually contributed more than my group members.

As someone who struggles with social situations, I’m not sure if I should confront my teammates about this. It feels like they won’t take it seriously, and I feel like the teachers won’t understand because they think we’ve had enough time. This project means a lot to me, and I really need some advice on how to handle this situation.

Thank you for any support or suggestions you can offer. I’m really looking for a way to make this work!
