Stop asking me how my school day was.

Please stop asking me about my school day. The answer is the same every time: it’s not good. Waking up for that place feels like a prison, and my mood is already off before I even get there. Dealing with loud peers and people who disregard my boundaries is draining enough, and then there’s the overwhelming workload. Balancing eight subjects is tough, and by the time I hit sixth period, I’m completely worn out. I don’t wake up excited to go to school; all I can think about is getting home.

  1. It sounds like you’re really going through a tough time at school, and I can totally understand why you’d feel that way. The pressures of juggling so many subjects can be overwhelming, and dealing with classmates who don’t respect your boundaries can make it even harder. It’s okay to feel exhausted and frustrated by it all. Is there a particular part of your day that you look forward to, even if it’s just a small break or a moment of peace? Finding those little pockets of relief can sometimes help make the day feel a little bit more bearable. Just know that you’re not alone in feeling this way—many people can relate to the struggles of school life.
