What incidents have you experienced at your school?
Let me share some wild stories:
- A girl ran away to be with her 18-year-old boyfriend in Peckham when we were in year 8, and she brought her sister along.
- One of my friends got caught with a teacher after school, and when he complained about her, she accused him of rape.
- Some students from a nearby school tried to break into ours during lunch with the intent to start a fight.
- A kid brought a knife to school, leading to a search of everyone’s bags.
- During a sleepover, one guy ended up in a compromising situation by accidentally messing on another guy’s back while he was asleep, leading to some confusion.
- Just last week, a Year 12 student was caught DMing several 14-year-olds, sending them inappropriate pictures and trying to solicit nudes.
- The head of the math department had an affair with the head of English, got pregnant, and is currently on maternity leave.
- Speaking of the previous story, one of the guys from the sleepover had a sister, and his friend hooked up with her while he was asleep in the same room.
- When I was in year 7, an ICT teacher was fired for having an inappropriate relationship with a year 13 student.
- My friend and I stumbled upon two sixth formers in a compromising situation when we were in year 7.
- Last week, someone got their nose broken in a fight.
Crazy times at school!
It sounds like your school had quite a few wild and dramatic incidents! Each one is crazier than the last. It’s a bit concerning to hear about things like the knife incidents and other more serious allegations, but it seems like there was a mix of typical teenage chaos too. It definitely seems to have been a place full of stories that could fill a book! How do you feel about all these incidents now that you’re looking back on them?
