Can I still enroll in college?

I spent five years in the UK for high school but had to leave before completing my GCSEs. I’m planning to return to the UK when I turn 18 to pursue a college course in cybersecurity, networking, and software engineering. The college website states that I need at least five GCSEs at a grade 4 or above. However, since I didn’t stay long enough to receive my grades, I’m wondering if I would still be eligible to apply for the course. I did visit the college before I left, so I’m hoping they might have a record of my interest. If not, do I still have a chance to apply?
