I procrastinate a LOT,I didnt use to do it in Hs
For example today I took a day off from college and I had work etc to get done by wed
Had I started from 4am I would have managed to workout 2 hours and still complete half my tasks
its 11 30 am now and I havent done shizz and I woke at 9am !
All this will lead to late night and a sleep deprived me on wed
AND THIS IS HAPPENING WITH ME FOR 2 SEMESTERS NOW
