What is the best thing for energy? I have thrown health out the window, any advice is welcome. (Finals)

5 classes, severe adhd, falling behind in all of them. The semester ends may second, most things are due on the 28th.
I have to code a game in c++ and python, write several essays, make polite compliment cards for my coms class, study for exams, etc. Is it expresso? 5 hour energy? What can be taken with twice my regular dose of adderall without giving me a heart attack or sending me into cardiac arrest?
