Volunteer Opportunity: Support Low-Income Immigrant Students in Enhancing Their English Skills
Are you interested in making a meaningful difference in the lives of young immigrants? Engaging English, a dedicated non-profit organization, is currently seeking passionate volunteers to assist low-income immigrant children in improving their English proficiency through online sessions.
Our program primarily serves Japanese and Chinese immigrant students who are eager to develop their language skills but need extra support. We are looking for high school and college students who are fluent in English and can communicate in Japanese or Chinese. As a volunteer, you will be paired with a single student to provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring tailored to their needs.
Volunteer hours will be tracked and verified based on the duration of your teaching sessions. Your commitment can truly make a difference and help open new opportunities for these students.
