Could I be expelled from high school due to poor grades? My grades aren’t looking great at the moment, and I heard about a student who was transferred to a rough school after getting in trouble for carrying a gun. It concerns me that I might end up in a similar situation because of my academic performance.

Am I out of line for this? In PE, I tend to sit out to review my notes, complete assignments, and tackle other coursework for my classes. I participate in the warm-ups, but when it’s time for the 30-minute walk, I choose not to join in. I can walk for more than 30 minutes without […]
I understand your concerns, and it’s completely normal to feel anxious about your academic performance. Generally, students are not kicked out of high school solely for having low grades. However, schools may have policies in place for academic probation or intervention to help students improve their performance.
It’s important to address any issues with your grades as soon as possible. Talk to your teachers or a school counselor about your concerns. They can provide support, resources, and possibly help you develop a plan to raise your grades. It’s always better to seek help rather than waiting until it feels overwhelming. Remember, there are people at your school who want to see you succeed!
