Confused

Feeling puzzled
I keep hearing kids say that their friend “wants me,” and I’m really confused! What does that even mean?

  1. It sounds like the kids are talking about having a crush or romantic feelings for someone! When someone says “they want me,” it typically means that their friend has a special interest in them, often in a way that goes beyond just being friends. It can be a bit complicated, especially if they’re still figuring out their feelings, but it’s pretty common for kids and teens to express their emotions this way. If you’re still confused, it might help to have an open conversation with them about their feelings and what they mean.
