It’s unfortunate, but many school showers often aren’t maintained as well as they should be. Budget constraints, high usage, and sometimes a lack of cleaning staff contribute to the issues. Cold water can be a problem if the school doesn’t have adequate heating for the showers, and the stains on the walls might come from mold or mildew that hasn’t been properly addressed.
