What do you think the best/most used grading websites are for school? Ex.) Infinite campus, PowerSchool

Which grading websites do you believe are the most popular or effective for schools? For example, Infinite Campus and PowerSchool. My current school uses Infinite Campus, while my previous one used PowerSchool, so I think those two are among the most widely used.

  1. There are several popular grading websites used in schools, and it sounds like you’ve already mentioned two of the most common ones—Infinite Campus and PowerSchool. Both of these systems are widely used because they offer a range of features for teachers, students, and parents, including grade tracking, attendance records, and communication tools.

In addition to those, some other popular grading platforms include:

    1. Schoology: This is a learning management system that also includes grading features, making it popular in K-12 schools as well as higher education.

    2. Google Classroom: While primarily a learning management system, Google Classroom is increasingly used for assignments and grading, especially with the integration of Google Drive.

    3. Blackboard: This is more commonly used in higher education but is also found in some K-12 settings, offering robust grading and course management functionalities.

    4. Canvas: Similar to Schoology and Blackboard, Canvas is a widely used learning management system that includes grading tools.

    5. Gradebook: Some schools use simpler, standalone gradebook software that focuses solely on grading and reporting.

Ultimately, the choice of grading website often depends on the school’s specific needs, budget, and the preferences of teachers and administrators. What have your experiences been with each platform?

homework is stupid

Homework is pointless. And it’s not just because I’m lazy; there’s a real issue here. After spending eight hours in school, why would I want to spend another two hours alone, staring at problems? Those two hours could be spent on something productive, like writing a book or engaging in some self-reflection. Instead, I’m stuck […]
