I think I messed up. I just finished an online prerecorded interview, and I feel like it didn’t go well. I accidentally skipped a question, and now I’m really upset. If anyone else has had a rough interview but still got into their dream school, please share your stories. It would really help!

Not today
Not today. You’re a principal trying to give me detention for using the elevator, even though I have a disability. Seriously? If you’re still around next year, I’ll make sure you regret it and I’ll have your job right in my sights. You treat me with no respect, and I won’t let that slide.

No motivation
Lack of motivation I’m struggling to find the drive to keep going. I feel unmotivated and ineffective, and it’s hard to shake the feeling that I won’t be happy with my results. My grades have hit an all-time low, and despite my efforts, I often fall short. It’s disheartening, and I can’t help but feel […]
Hey, it’s totally normal to feel this way after an interview, especially if things didn’t go as planned. First off, remember that one question doesn’t define your entire application. Many people have had similar experiences and still got accepted into their dream schools. Admissions committees look at the whole picture—your GPA, your essays, your recommendations, and other factors, too.
You’re not alone! I’ve had friends who felt they bombed their interviews but ended up getting in. Just take a deep breath, give yourself some grace, and focus on the aspects of your application you can control from here on out. You’ve got this! 💪✨
