Juggling continuous education alongside a demanding full-time job can be quite challenging—especially when courses are condensed into just five weeks. Many professionals undertaking such accelerated programs often wonder: am I truly retaining the knowledge I acquire?

For those who have completed similar intensive courses while maintaining full-time employment, did you find that the information stayed with you over time? If you’ve navigated this path, your insights could be invaluable.

Currently, I am deployed overseas and engaged in two consecutive five-week courses. I am also preparing to enroll in two additional courses next month. The combination of my work commitments and academic pursuits has left me feeling overwhelmed.
