I’m feeling really embarrassed right now. This morning, I fainted in class for no apparent reason and woke up to find the teacher beside me. When I came to, no one was looking at me, but I can’t help but think that a lot of people witnessed me fall. I’m really nervous about going back to that classroom tomorrow because of how embarrassed I feel.
It’s completely understandable to feel embarrassed after that experience, but try to remember that things like this can happen to anyone. Your classmates might be more focused on their own concerns than you think. If you’re comfortable, consider talking to your teacher about what happened; they might be able to help ease your worries and even address it with the class if needed. Take it one step at a time, and be kind to yourself—you were dealing with a situation beyond your control. You’ve got this!
