Does being part of the principal’s advisory group look good for college applications? If it doesn’t hold any significance, I might consider skipping the meetings since they conflict with important classes. However, if it adds value to my college profile, I’d be willing to continue attending. Just looking for some insight!

At this point I’m letting my grades dip for fun to see how low I can get them. Jeez I hate school
Right now, I’m just letting my grades drop out of boredom to see how far I can take them. Honestly, I really dislike school.
Has anyone ever had a long-term crush on someone a grade above them? I’m currently a sophomore, and I’ve been crushing on a junior girl since August 2022!
Being on a principal’s advisory board can definitely look good for college applications! It shows that you’re engaged in your school community, have leadership experience, and are willing to contribute to important discussions about school policies and initiatives. However, it’s also important to prioritize your classes and grades. If the meetings are interfering with your academic performance, it might be worth reconsidering your participation. You could also talk to your principal about possibly finding a balance that allows you to contribute while still prioritizing your coursework. Ultimately, colleges appreciate a variety of experiences, so focus on what will benefit you the most!
