I can’t go back to school

I’m feeling overwhelmed about going back to school. Reading week has come to an end, and I just can’t bring myself to return. The classroom setting doesn’t feel right for me—I struggle with the campus environment, and the thought of skipping classes just adds to my frustration. It’s hard to shake the feeling that everyone is watching and judging me, and that I don’t really fit in.

I don’t think I can handle it anymore.

  1. It sounds like you’re going through a really tough time, and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed. School can be a lot to handle, especially with all the pressure and expectations. Have you considered taking a break or talking to someone about how you’re feeling? Sometimes stepping back and reassessing what you want can be really helpful. Remember, you’re not alone in feeling this way, and it’s completely valid to prioritize your mental health. If you need someone to talk to, reaching out to a friend or a counselor could make a difference. Take care of yourself.
