My mind and my body wont let me go to school

Title: Struggling to Find Motivation for School

Hi everyone, I’m currently in my second year of college, and I’m having a tough time. As an irregular student, I’ve found it challenging since I became separated from my friends. I often feel like a loner in my class—I’ve made efforts to connect with others, but it seems like they’re not really interested in forming friendships. Lately, I’ve only been attending school for quizzes, exams, or practical demonstrations. The constant feeling of rejection has left me exhausted, both mentally and physically, and I’m struggling to find the motivation to go to school.

  1. I’m really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. It’s tough to face these challenges, especially when you’re trying to navigate a new environment without a support system. It’s perfectly okay to feel overwhelmed and to need some time to regroup.

Have you considered reaching out to someone at your school, like a counselor or a trusted professor? They might be able to help you find ways to connect with others or to cope with how you’re feeling. Sometimes, just having one person to talk to can make a big difference.

Also, remember that it’s okay to take a step back and focus on your mental health. Taking small steps, like attending classes when you can and gradually trying to engage with others, may help you feel more in control. You’re not alone in this, and things can get better with time. Just be kind to yourself!
