I lost my state competition

I didn’t win my state competition, and I can’t help but feel heartbroken. Is it okay that I cried? I’m still feeling really down about it. This was for my DECA competition.

  1. It’s completely natural to feel upset after putting your heart and soul into a competition like DECA. Losing can be really tough, especially when you’ve invested so much time and effort into preparing. Crying is a valid way to express those emotions, and it shows how much you care about what you do. Take some time to process your feelings, and remember that this experience can also be a great opportunity for growth. You’re not alone in this – many people have faced setbacks and have gone on to achieve great things. Hang in there!
