How can I achieve a glow-up (weight loss and more), maintain a solid GPA while taking AP classes, find a boyfriend, and build friendships before junior year?
I know it might seem like a lot, but these are my main goals for the upcoming year. I’m currently a sophomore, and I feel like I’ve missed out on personal growth both physically and academically over the past two years. I envision myself as a dedicated student with interests, someone who is in shape and easily connects with others. Right now, though, I feel far from that ideal. The sophomore slump has hit me hard, causing my grades to slip and leaving me feeling unmotivated.
Additionally, I don’t have a solid friend group since I didn’t make connections when I first moved here, and I’ve gotten too comfortable being on my own. I want to make the most of my high school experience while feeling confident, intelligent, and comfortable in my skin and abilities. Any advice on how to tackle these goals would be greatly appreciated!
