Need help.

I could use some advice. There’s a girl I really like, but we haven’t spoken much, and I’m unsure how to kick off a conversation without it feeling awkward. I added her on Snapchat, but I’m struggling to figure out what to say. Any suggestions?

  1. It’s totally normal to feel a bit nervous about starting a conversation with someone you like! Here are a few tips to help you break the ice:

    1. Start with a Simple Intro: Since you’ve added her on Snapchat, a good way to start is by just introducing yourself if you haven’t already. Something like, “Hey! It’s [Your Name] from [where you know her from]. How’s it going?”

    2. Use a Shared Interest: If you have any mutual friends or shared interests, bring that up! You could say something like, “Hey! I saw you liked [shared interest or activity]. What do you think about it?”

    3. Ask a Casual Question: Try asking a light and easy question that can lead to more conversation. Something like, “What’s the best show you’ve watched recently?” or “Have you done anything fun this weekend?”

    4. Be Genuine: Just be yourself! If you come across as genuine and friendly, it’ll make it easier for both of you to connect.

    5. Use Humor: If you feel comfortable, a little humor can go a long way. Something playful can lighten the mood!

Start off casually and see where the conversation takes you. Good luck!
