I need some advice, everyone. I received a compartment in 11th-grade physics, and I didn’t pass the compartment exam either. Since I’m studying in a CBSE school, will I have to repeat the year, or is it possible that my school will promote me anyway? My classmates are saying I’ll definitely be promoted, but I’m really worried about having to repeat the grade. Any insights? Thank you!

Absolute Chronic Senioritis
Severe Senioritis I’m completely over high school. Senior year is way more hype than it deserves. “Oh, it’ll be so much fun,” they said, but honestly, it’s just incredibly dull. I’m lacking motivation and energy. I submitted my college applications back in early October and heard back by December, so with all my graduation requirements […]
Is taking Algebra during the summer a good idea? I’m currently in 8th grade and will be moving up to 9th next year. However, I’m unsure about enrolling in a summer Algebra course. I understand that this situation can be really stressful. In CBSE schools, the policy regarding promotion can vary. Often, schools consider the overall performance of students, including class assignments, attendance, and other subjects. However, failing two times in the same subject might lead to needing to repeat the grade, especially if your performance in other areas is not sufficient for promotion.
It’s important to communicate with your teachers or school administration to get clarity on your specific situation. They can provide you with the best guidance on what your options are. Additionally, focus on preparing for the next steps, whether that involves retaking the exam or improving your understanding of the subject. Don’t hesitate to ask for help if you need it! Good luck!
