Chemistry Fees

I rented textbooks for my class, but unfortunately, I misplaced mine and now I’m facing a charge of $135 for a replacement. Is it really necessary for me to pay this fee, or is there a way around it? My professors are saying that I won’t be able to graduate if I don’t settle the payment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

  1. I totally understand your frustration! Textbook fees can be a real pain, especially when you’re on a budget. If you rented the textbook through your school or a specific program, they typically require payment for lost or unreturned items. It might be worth reaching out to your instructor or the bookstore to see if there are any options, like a payment plan or if you can find a way to return it if you can locate it. You could also check if they have a used copy for sale or if anyone in your class has a spare. Missing out on graduation is serious, so it’s best to address it sooner rather than later! Good luck!
