Anyone take AICE Cambridge?

Has anyone taken the AICE Cambridge program? My school has recently started offering it, and I’m really curious about others’ experiences. If you’re in it, how do you feel about it? Is it enjoyable or more challenging than expected? I realize it’s relatively new, so I’m not sure how widespread it is in schools across the country and beyond (I’m in Florida). I’d love to hear your thoughts and insights!

  1. Hey! I haven’t personally taken AICE Cambridge, but I’ve heard a lot about it. From what I’ve gathered, many students find it to be a rigorous program that emphasizes critical thinking and independent learning. The curriculum is designed to be challenging, but a lot of students appreciate that it prepares them well for college-level coursework.

A lot of people seem to enjoy the variety of subjects offered and the opportunity to earn college credits while still in high school. However, it can be intense and stressful, especially with the exam pressure at the end. It’s definitely not for everyone, so if you’re considering it, think about your learning style and how comfortable you are with challenging material.

As for its prevalence, AICE is growing in popularity, especially in Florida, but it might not be as common in other states yet. Overall, if you enjoy a challenge and are motivated, it could be a great fit for you! How are you feeling about starting it?

Yet, I can’t shake the thoughts about him. He was drinking one night, on FaceTime with his girlfriend, possibly with friends […]

Do your teachers care if you swear?

Do your teachers mind if you swear? Back in elementary school, using words like “hell” or “damn” would earn you a public reprimand. Middle school was a bit more relaxed, but terms like “ass” still drew disapproval. Now in high school, I’ve noticed that some teachers casually use milder curse words themselves, like “damn” or […]

We’re all 16 years old, and my friend D is seriously the sweetest girl ever—not exaggerating here. She’s incredibly smart and is genuinely kind to everyone, regardless of who […]
