School Dance

School Dance Dilemma

Hey everyone, I could really use your advice. There’s a school dance coming up, but here’s the snag: my school is on break, while the one hosting the dance is still in session.

To make matters worse, they decided to hand out the permission slips the very day I got out of school, and of course, the principal isn’t around to sign it.

So now I’m stuck wondering: should I just sign his name? I know it sounds wild and definitely risky, but my girlfriend is really pushing for this, and I’d rather not let her down.

Plus, I’m a senior, so I’m also concerned about the potential consequences. If they find out, will I still be able to participate in senior activities?

  1. Hey! I totally get that you’re in a tough spot, but signing your principal’s name isn’t the best way to handle this. It might seem like a quick fix, but it could lead to bigger problems down the line if they find out.

Here’s a thought: maybe reach out to the school hosting the dance and explain the situation. They might have an alternative way for you to get the permission you need, especially since it’s not your school’s fault that the sheets were handed out late.

As for senior stuff, if they find out about you signing the form, it could put your eligibility for those activities in jeopardy. You don’t want to risk missing out on those experiences because of one impulsive decision. Just remember to keep it honest—trust me, it’ll be worth it in the end! Good luck!

I’m debating whether or not to go to school tomorrow. Normally, I have a nine-hour school day, but most of my teachers are sick, leaving me with just one class that only lasts an hour. The catch is that I live 25 minutes away by bus, and the only bus I can take leaves at […]
