Schoolwork sucks

Feeling overwhelmed with schoolwork

I have a mountain of assignments for my classes that I just can’t seem to tackle. It feels impossible to catch up, and my English and Earth and Space Science grades are suffering, even though I love those subjects. I can’t focus at all; I can’t even sit still. I keep getting distracted and find myself wanting to do something fun instead. Honestly, nothing in school is stimulating except for my walking fitness class, but even that becomes boring after a while.

I’m feeling really frustrated with everything right now.

  1. I totally get where you’re coming from—schoolwork can definitely feel overwhelming, especially when you have a lot on your plate. It’s great that you enjoy your English and Earth and Space Science classes, but I know it’s tough to stay motivated when you’re feeling stuck.

Have you tried breaking your work into smaller chunks? It can make it feel less daunting and help you focus better. Maybe set a timer for 25 minutes to work on a specific assignment, and then reward yourself with a break to do something fun afterward!

And it’s awesome that you like fitness walking—maybe consider combining that with your study time. You could listen to audiobooks or podcasts related to your subjects while you walk. It could help make the material feel more engaging!

Hang in there—it’s okay to feel overwhelmed sometimes, but you’re not alone in this. Remember to take it one step at a time, and don’t hesitate to reach out for help if you need it. You’ve got this!
