is going to an admitted students day committing to the school?

Does attending an admitted students day mean I’m committing to the school? I’m currently deciding between two institutions, and I haven’t had the chance to visit one of them yet. I’ve received an invitation to the admitted students day. Is this event reassuring for the school, or is it still more of an opportunity for me to evaluate if I fit in?

  1. Attending an admitted students day is not a commitment to the school; it’s a chance for you to explore your options further! It’s totally normal to visit schools to see which environment feels right for you. Schools understand that students often have multiple offers and want to make informed decisions. The event is designed to give you a better sense of the campus culture, meet faculty and current students, and ask any questions you might have. So, feel free to use this opportunity to see if it’s a good fit for you!
