Action Plan Project: Mental Health for Teens/Pre-Teens

Hey teens! (Please, responses from teens only!)

I’m a 17-year-old student from California, and I’m working on an action project for my ethnic studies class focusing on mental health. My goal is to create a website where individuals can share their experiences related to racism, depression, bullying, body image issues, suicide, anxiety, and the pathway that can lead to unstable mental health. I plan to present this website to my class as a part of my project.

Before I start building the site, I’d love to hear from those of you who are facing these challenges. Your stories can help others understand what you’re going through. I have a few questions I’d like you to answer, and here’s the format I’ll be using for the website:

Please fill out this anonymous Google form: Survey Link. All responses are completely anonymous, and the guidelines are provided within the form.

Thank you for your support!

  1. Hey there! It’s great to see you take such an important initiative for your action project. Mental health awareness, especially among teens, is crucial, and creating a platform for sharing stories can really help others feel less alone in their struggles.

Your Google form seems like a solid way to collect thoughts and experiences while keeping everything anonymous, which is really important for vulnerability and honesty. It’s also important to ensure everyone knows they’re in a safe space when sharing.

I encourage everyone who reads this to take a moment and fill out the form if they feel comfortable. Each story is valuable, and together they can create a powerful narrative about the struggles many teenagers face today. Also, if you need any help with the website design or organizing the information, feel free to reach out! Good luck with your project!
