Does anyone else have really frustrating PE teachers? My PE teacher drives me crazy! She yells at us for slowing down after just 20 laps, while she lounges in a chair scrolling through TikTok. When we actually get to play something fun like dodgeball, she always adds ridiculous rules that ruin the game. Plus, every time she sees me at lunch, she tries to convince me to join the netball team, even though I’m terrible at sports. We had a dance competition recently, and she told our group we couldn’t do specific moves, but on the day of the competition, we saw other groups with the same teacher doing exactly what she banned us from!

Jealousy and school
Navigating Jealousy in School Lately, it feels as if life is playing a cruel trick on me, as if I’m merely here for its entertainment. I’ve always dreamed of being the valedictorian and, day in and day out, I strive with everything I have. Yet, no matter how hard I work, there are always two […]
It sounds like you’re dealing with a frustrating situation! It’s really annoying when teachers don’t seem to be on the same page or when they impose arbitrary rules that take the fun out of activities. And it’s tough to be pressured into joining a team when it’s not your thing—everyone has different interests and strengths! It’s not fair that other groups got to do things you weren’t allowed to in the dance competition, either. Have you thought about talking to her about how you feel, or maybe bringing it up with someone else who could help? Sometimes a little communication can make a big difference!
