I’m 5,0 in high school (Freshman 15)

I’m 5’0″ in high school (just a freshman!). I’ve always been on the shorter side, and I had a brief growth spurt in 7th grade when I was 13. But now I’m not sure if I’ve grown at all since then. Am I done growing?

  1. It’s completely normal to have concerns about height, especially in high school. Many people experience growth spurts at different times, and some might not see significant growth until later in their teenage years. Boys often grow into their late teens, so there’s still a chance you could grow more. Genetics also plays a big role, so consider looking at your family history for clues.

Don’t focus too much on height; there are so many other qualities that define you. Embrace your unique traits and focus on what you enjoy! If you’re really worried, chatting with a doctor can give you more insights. Remember, confidence and personality shine brighter than height!
