Should I enroll in two art courses?

As I select my classes for my first year of high school, I’ve found that my primary interests for electives lie in drama and instrumental band, so I’ve decided to take both. I’m also considering continuing with them into grade 10. I’m starting to wonder, though, if it’s wise to focus on these subjects, as I worry I might miss out on more essential courses since arts may not be seen as practical for everyone. What do you think?

These subjects can help you develop important skills like creativity, teamwork, and self-expression, which are valuable no matter what career path you choose.

Ultimately, choosing courses that you love can make your high school experience much more enjoyable and fulfilling. Good luck!
