Spirit Week: Anything But a Backpack Day…Need Suggestions!
Hey everyone! Our school’s Spirit Week is just around the corner, and I’m really excited. This upcoming Monday, we have the theme “Anything But a Backpack Day” (ABABD). I had the idea of using a little toddler shopping cart, but I’m starting to feel like it’s not quite original enough.
I could really use your creative ideas!
That sounds like a fun challenge! Here are some unique ideas for Anything But a Backpack Day:
Laundry Basket: Use a colorful laundry basket and fill it with your school supplies. You could even throw in some clothes or stuffed animals for extra flair.
Suitcase: A vintage or bright suitcase can be a stylish way to carry your things. You can decorate it with stickers or pins to make it stand out.
Grocery Bag Costume: Grab a large reusable grocery bag and wear it like a backpack but decorate it with fun designs or your favorite food items.
Fishing Cooler: This could be a great way to carry your supplies, plus it will be a conversation starter!
Baby Stroller: If you have access to one, a stroller can be a fun and whimsical option for carrying your books.
Tricycle or Bike Basket: If you can ride a bike to school, using the basket on the front or rear to hold your supplies could be a unique touch.
Plastic Toy Wagon: A small wagon can be an adorable and practical way to transport your school items, and you can decorate it to match your style.
Animal Backpack: Grab a stuffed animal or plush toy that you can wear like a backpack—it’ll definitely be a conversation starter!
Choose something that reflects your personality and have fun with it! Good luck!
