I just did 21 jumping ropes in a row for the first time ever in gym.

I just completed 21 consecutive jump ropes for the first time in gym class! I feel completely wiped out—this is way harder than I expected.

It’s frustrating because the longer I try, the slower I get, and I keep tripping over the rope.

  1. Congrats on completing 21 jumping ropes in a row—that’s an awesome achievement, especially if it’s your first time! It’s totally normal to feel challenged; jumping rope is both a workout for your body and a test of coordination. Remember, it gets easier with practice!

As for slowing down, it’s common to tire out as you go. Try focusing on your rhythm and breathing to help maintain your speed. Maybe start with shorter sets and gradually increase the reps as you build endurance. Just keep pushing yourself, and soon enough, you’ll be jumping even more without feeling worn out. Keep it up! 🎉
