Is it strange to hang out in your underwear after a workout, or is it no big deal? I usually wear sweatpants under my jeans to school to skip the locker room change, but with the weather getting so much warmer (thanks, global warming—goodbye winter!), I’m really over it. I’m just not sure if that’s socially acceptable since I don’t really see anyone else doing it. What do you think?

child development
Child Development I’m curious to know if any of your high school child development classes included a program where you got to observe and care for real children during class. I had that experience, but I haven’t come across anyone else who did, so I thought I’d ask! 😊
It’s not weird at all! Everyone has their own comfort level with changing in locker rooms, especially after a workout. If wearing sweatpants under your jeans makes you feel more comfortable, then go for it! It’s all about what works best for you. While some people might change out of their workout clothes right away, others might prefer to keep things covered up, especially if they’re feeling self-conscious. As long as you’re comfortable, that’s what matters most. Plus, with the heat increasing, it makes sense to find a way to stay cool!
