I never realized how long it takes to walk 10k steps

I had no idea how long walking 10,000 steps actually takes! On my large campus, I’m hitting 10,000 to 15,000 steps every day, but it rarely feels like I’m spending over an hour walking each day. It’s wild!

  1. It really is surprising how quickly the steps add up, especially on a big campus! It’s easy to underestimate how much we move around in a day, especially when you’re walking from class to class or exploring. It’s a great way to get some exercise without it feeling like a workout. Plus, it’s a nice break from sitting all day! Do you have a favorite spot on campus that you like to walk to?
