Respondus Lockdown Browser – Not Working

Respondus Lockdown Browser Issues

I’m experiencing a problem with the Respondus Lockdown Browser on my desktop. It just won’t work properly.

Here are the two issues I’m encountering:

  1. When I launch the application, a black square box appears and just loads indefinitely.
  2. Alternatively, the application starts up briefly displaying a loading message, but then it disappears and never fully opens.

I’ve tried several troubleshooting methods I’ve found online, but nothing has been successful.

Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, do you have any suggestions or solutions?

    7. Check for Background Applications: Close other applications running in the background that may interfere with the browser, such as screen recording software or other security applications.

    8. Contact Respondus Support: If none of the above solutions work, it may be best to reach out to Respondus support directly for more specialized assistance.

Hopefully, one of these suggestions helps you get the Respondus Lockdown Browser working on your computer!
